Research Resilience: Voices from KU
Three researchers were invited by the KU Office of Research to engage in a recorded conversation about their experience navigating this period of change and uncertainty for research funding. They reflected on what motivates them and their reasons for optimism. The faculty members are:
- Sharon Billings, University Distinguished Professor of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology and senior scientist, Kansas Biological Survey & Center for Ecological Research;
- Jeff Bose, professor of microbiology, moleculer genetics & immunology;
- Jared Barton, director of the Center for Public Partnerships & Research.
