Victoria Hughes

Victoria has been with the Bever/Schultz Lab since 2019, identifying arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, handling root samples stored on slides, and working at the Dimensions in Biodiversity field experimental site at the KU Field Station. As field experiments manager, she will continue these activities and, in addition, coordinate the lab's undergraduate students, and help support and maintain the INVAM collection (International Collection of Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi), which was transferred to the lab from West Virginia University in 2022.
